Beyond Sight Loss was started about four years ago with an initial grant from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to help us get going, develop activities and subsidize outings.

Our current funding is entirely dependent on membership contributions and fundraising. Visually impaired members contribute a small fee for event and each outing.

We receive practical and administrative support from East London Vision (ELVis), a monthly meeting venue from the Tower Hamlets Sight and Hearing team and a board meeting room from Spring 4.
